Service Description

Time to take your handstand practice to the next level! This class is perfect for those who are comfortable on the wall and ready to challenge their balance and technique to bring things to the middle of the room. In this class, we'll work on and off the wall in various handstand shapes like straddle, straight, and tuck while focusing on the engagement needed to maintain balance. All you need is a wall and yoga blocks to participate. Prerequisite for the class is a 45-second hold on the wall with good line and activation (not sure what that means? Try a foundations & conditioning class first!). Cancellation Policy: To reclaim the credit for your class booking, rescheduling or cancellation must occur at least 6 hours prior to class. If you must cancel within this window, please contact to late cancel. Credit loss does not apply to unlimited monthly memberships (no credit penalty for late cancellations) or to in-person private lessons (see in-person private lesson page).
