Service Description

Looking to take your ground and/or aerial practice to the next level? In this class we will combine light active flex work with core, shoulder, and back strengthening to improve your stability in the air, with opportunities to bring specific skills to class to work on. Want conditioning for cobra? Handstand press? Inversions? Ayesha? For my hypermobile folks: feeling a little too noodly? Through targeted exercises and looooots of conditioning, we will begin to strengthen the muscles you need to meet your goals! This class is for all experience levels - all you need are some bands (or weights) and a little bit of wall space! If you have access to a pole or aerial point, we can absolutely adapt to on-apparatus conditioning (if you have a safe setup), but the main focus of this class will be on the ground. Cancellation Policy: To reclaim the credit for your class booking, rescheduling or cancellation must occur at least 6 hours prior to class. If you must cancel within this window, please contact info@elspethcudmore.com to late cancel. Credit loss does not apply to unlimited monthly memberships (no credit penalty for late cancellations) or to in-person private lessons (see in-person private lesson page).
