Service Description
This class is designed to improve hip mobility and leg lines (Allllll the active splits). We will target your hips, legs, and glutes with exercises to enhance your range of motion and strength for active splits and flexible hips. Strong, mobile hips and clean leg lines translate directly to pole, dance, aerials, and more. This class is for all experience levels - all you need is a wall, yoga blocks, and occasionally a band! Cancellation Policy: To reclaim the credit for your class booking, rescheduling or cancellation must occur at least 6 hours prior to class. If you must cancel within this window, please contact info@elspethcudmore.com to late cancel. Credit loss does not apply to unlimited monthly memberships (no credit penalty for late cancellations) or to in-person private lessons (see in-person private lesson page).
