SWIRL - A Static Rotation Series!

Welcome to the swirly magic of static rotations (my absolute favourite pole skill to teach)! In this 3-week session we will focus on exploring upright rotations, maximizing spin, and learning unique transitions and details on static! This workshop will provide a chance to explore transitions while guided by prompts, but will also teach a number of foundational tools for smooth and powerful rotation both from the ground and aerially - be prepared for the grip burn! This workshop will be predominantly focused on upright skills off of the ground, and is suited for high beginner/intermediate and up. Should be confident with climbs, side seats, and static spins (such as front hook/chair spin/etc)! Please note that the listed price is for all 3 classes! By registering here, you're automatically enrolled in all 3 classes in the 3-week series! Recordings will be sent out to all live participants and recordings-only registrants after each class, so no need to stress about participating live if you can't make it to all of them! SAFETY: Please make sure you have access to a studio space or a safely installed static home pole for this workshop. This workshop makes use of vertical height (at least 7ft of pole recommended) as well as space around the pole, so please make sure your aware of your surroundings and poling safely!
