Service Description

If you're new to the upside-down or looking to refine your technique, this beginner friendly class is for you! we work on building the strength and technique needed for a strong and solid handstand. We'll use the wall as support to focus on handstand line, while also incorporating ground conditioning drills to build overall strength and mobility. All you need is a wall and some yoga blocks to get started! Cancellation Policy: To reclaim the credit for your class booking, rescheduling or cancellation must occur at least 6 hours prior to class. If you must cancel within this window, please contact to late cancel. Credit loss does not apply to unlimited monthly memberships (no credit penalty for late cancellations) or to in-person private lessons (see in-person private lesson page).
