Service Description

This class is designed to improve your active range of flexibility, with a focus on active splits and backbends. Through targeted exercises and looooots of conditioning, we will work on bridging the gap between passive and active ranges, allowing you to feel supported and more balanced in splits and bridges. The benefits of working on active flexibility also translate directly to pole, handstands, aerials, and more. This class is for all experience levels - all you need is a wall and yoga blocks! Cancellation Policy: To reclaim the credit for your class booking, rescheduling or cancellation must occur at least 6 hours prior to class. If you must cancel within this window, please contact to late cancel. Credit loss does not apply to unlimited monthly memberships (no credit penalty for late cancellations) or to in-person private lessons (see in-person private lesson page).
